Which links earn a commission

Every link that can earn us money points at a URL beginning /go/ and is marked in the page's code with rel="sponsored nofollow", which is the standard way of telling search engines and other software that a link is commercial. Today those links go to:

• Cora — Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide, via telehealth.
• LillyDirect — Zepbound single-dose vials, self-pay, direct from Eli Lilly.

Every other outbound link on the site — to the FDA, to published research, to a manufacturer's own page, to a provider we mention but do not refer to — earns us nothing.

What the commission does not buy

A provider cannot pay us to be listed, to be listed first, or to be described more favourably. We do not accept payment for a particular ranking or for a review. If we ever publish a paid placement, it will be labelled as one on the page where it appears.

We compare providers on things that can be checked: published price, whether the medication is compounded or FDA-approved, which pharmacy dispenses it, and what the plan includes. We do not claim that any provider or product is the best, the safest, or the most effective, because those are claims we cannot substantiate.

How the prices are gathered

Prices shown on this site are each provider's own published cash price, read from their site on the date we state. The current figures were checked in Sept 2026. Prices change often, and a provider can change theirs the day after we check. Confirm the price on the provider's own site before you decide anything.

What Nouri is not

Nouri is an educational publisher. We do not provide medical care, prescribe, dispense, or sell medication, and we are not accepting patients. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Decisions about whether a medication is appropriate for you, and at what dose, belong to you and a licensed clinician.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro. We are not affiliated with Eli Lilly and Company or Novo Nordisk; we use brand names only to identify products.
