The basics

What is Nouri’s weight loss program?

Nouri’s weight loss program pairs clinician-prescribed compounded GLP-1 medication — semaglutide or tirzepatide, when appropriate — with a personalized nutrition plan, a movement plan, and concierge care, all at one price from $120/mo. You begin with an online health questionnaire; if treatment is right for you, the Nouri Care Team prescribes it and it ships to your door, in all 50 states. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved.

The Program

Customer review
I’m 54 years old and this is the first company that has made me feel young. From the customer service to the product, I would give it a 10/10. I was skeptical about trying it at first, but after speaking with their team I felt so comfortable ordering with them — it was an easy process through and through.

What the research shows

The science is real.

15–20%

average body-weight reduction in clinical trials of the GLP-1 medications semaglutide and tirzepatide — achieved alongside a structured nutrition and movement plan.

Start Average trajectory in clinical studies · STEP 1 / SURMOUNT‑1, with diet & exercise ~14–17 mo

Why the whole program, not just the medication

  • The medication eases appetite.

In a clinical trial, semaglutide cut daily calorie intake by about 24% versus placebo — less hunger, fewer cravings.1

  • Protein protects your muscle.

Enough protein during weight loss preserves lean mass and supports greater fat loss — the nutrition plan is built for it.2

  • Strength training keeps it.

Resistance training preserves lean muscle while the body loses fat — the movement plan is built in, not left to chance.3

  • Habits make it last.

A year after stopping semaglutide, trial participants regained about two-thirds of the weight lost — lasting results come from the support built around the medication.4

Important Safety Information
Questions

Nouri’s weight loss program: common questions

What is Nouri’s weight loss program and how does it work?
Nouri weight loss is a telehealth program that pairs clinician-prescribed compounded GLP-1 medication — semaglutide or tirzepatide, when appropriate — with a personalized nutrition plan, a movement plan, and concierge care, all for one price. You complete an online health questionnaire, the Nouri Care Team reviews it, and if the medication is right for you it ships to your door. GLP-1 medications mimic a natural hormone that helps regulate appetite. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved.
How much does Nouri weight loss cost?
Nouri is one bundled price covering the medication, your nutrition plan, your movement plan, and concierge care — with no separate consultation fees or dose surcharges. Semaglutide starts at $120/mo on the six-month plan ($720 every six months) and tirzepatide starts at $175/mo ($1,050 every six months). Three-month and monthly options are also available. Nouri is cash-pay and not billed to insurance.
What is included in the Nouri program?
Every Nouri plan includes four things at one price: clinician-prescribed compounded GLP-1 medication (when appropriate), a personalized nutrition plan, a movement plan, and concierge care from the Nouri Care Team throughout your program. It is not a medication-only subscription — the nutrition and movement plans are part of the standard.
Who qualifies for a GLP-1 weight-loss program?
The best way to see if you qualify is by completing our online questionnaire — the Nouri Care Team reviews your answers and health history and decides whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you. Not everyone qualifies. Nouri serves adults in all 50 U.S. states.
How much weight can you lose on semaglutide or tirzepatide?
In trials of the brand-name molecules, adults taking semaglutide 2.4 mg with lifestyle support lost a mean of about 14.9% of body weight over 68 weeks (the STEP 1 trial), and those taking tirzepatide 15 mg lost about 20.9% over 72 weeks (the SURMOUNT-1 trial). These figures are from trials of the branded medications, not of Nouri’s compounded product, and individual results vary. Medication works best alongside a nutrition and movement plan.
What are the side effects of compounded semaglutide?
The most common GLP-1 side effects are gastrointestinal — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain — and they usually ease as the dose is increased gradually. Because compounded medications are not FDA-reviewed, clinician oversight matters, and the Nouri Care Team manages your dose and monitoring. GLP-1s are not for everyone; people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 should not take them.
Can I cancel, and how does the Nouri Promise refund work?
You can cancel anytime. The Nouri Promise is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the program is not right for you, you receive a full refund on the three-month and six-month plans. The refund applies to those plans.
Are compounded GLP-1s FDA-approved?
No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy against an individual prescription, which is permitted under federal law. They are not equivalent to the FDA-approved brand-name drugs Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro.
