Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about nouri and our wellness plans.
Getting Started
Nouri is a telehealth Program that connects you with U.S.-licensed physicians. You complete a short questionnaire, a U.S.-licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, or PA) reviews your file, and — if appropriate — your therapy is prescribed and shipped quietly to your door. Your nutrition and movement plans arrive by email.
The Program is open to adults 18 and older in all 50 U.S. states. A licensed physician evaluates your health profile to determine whether The Program is appropriate for you. In some states, a video visit is required before a prescription can be written.
Begin with a short health questionnaire (about 5 minutes). A U.S.-licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, or PA) reviews your file within 24 hours. If appropriate, your therapy ships within 3 days and your nutrition and movement plans arrive by email. The entire process is online.

The Program
The Program includes your therapy (compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide), a personalized nutrition plan, a movement plan matched to your week, unlimited messaging with your physician, free expedited shipping, and HSA & FSA eligibility. There is no add-on tier.
Both are appropriate paths. Semaglutide is the established, single-action GLP-1 therapy with a gentle titration path. Tirzepatide is a dual-action therapy that engages two metabolic pathways. Compounded formulations of these medications have not been evaluated in randomized controlled trials; your physician will recommend what fits your file.
Once-weekly subcutaneous injection. Your physician will explain dosing during your consultation, and detailed instructions are included with your shipment.
Duration depends on your goals and progress. Your physician will work with you to determine the right approach. Many people continue long-term under physician guidance.
Your physician monitors your progress and may adjust your therapy as needed. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Pricing
Compounded semaglutide starts at $158/month on the semi-annual cadence ($949 every 6 months). Compounded tirzepatide starts at $250/month on the semi-annual cadence ($1,497 every 6 months). Quarterly and monthly cadences are also available. Nutrition planning, movement planning, physician messaging, and free expedited shipping are all included. Compounded therapies are not FDA-approved.
Nouri is not currently covered by insurance. We offer transparent, flat pricing with no hidden fees, and accept HSA and FSA payments.
Yes. Quarterly and semi-annual cadences offer a lower per-month therapy cost than monthly billing. Diet and fitness planning are included identically at every cadence.
On both the semi-annual and quarterly programs, your therapy ships every 3 months to maintain freshness.
Safety & Results
Yes. The most common side effects include nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, and constipation, which typically improve as your body adjusts. Important: GLP-1 medications carry a warning for a rare but serious risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). See the Important Safety Information page for the complete list of side effects, serious warnings, and contraindications. Your physician will discuss these risks with you during your consultation.
Results depend on your health profile, adherence, and lifestyle. Your physician will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation. Individual experience varies.
Your nutrition and movement plans are included in The Program. They are built around your routine and updated as your therapy progresses.
Your physician can discuss the right approach for transitioning off therapy. Maintaining results typically benefits from ongoing healthy habits. Many people continue long-term under physician guidance.
