General Policy
All prescriptions are personalized for individual patients and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once prepared. Pharmacy regulations prohibit medication returns. Once an order ships, it is final and non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours after your initial payment, regardless of whether the prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy. After 48 hours, cancellations are accepted any time before the medication has been prepared for shipment. Once your medication has shipped, the order is final. California residents may have additional rescission rights under state law.
Medical Ineligibility
If a healthcare provider determines medical ineligibility after review, customers receive a full refund.
Damaged Deliveries
If your medication arrives damaged, appears compromised, or was exposed to temperatures outside the recommended range (2°C–8°C / 36°F–46°F), do not use it. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of both the outer packaging and the medication vial. nouri will replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions remain active through the current billing cycle after cancellation is confirmed. Partial or prorated refunds are not offered for unused time within a billing cycle.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are denied when:
- Orders have shipped
- Customers change their minds after the 48-hour post-payment window and the medication has been prepared for shipment
- Incorrect address information is provided
- Terms of Service violations occur
- Packages are confirmed delivered by carriers
Shipping Concerns
Customers must report missing delivered packages within 24 hours with documentation. Police reports may be required for suspected theft. nouri is not responsible for packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
Refund Request Process
Customers should contact nouri through the contact page with order details and supporting documentation. Refund requests are reviewed within 2-4 business days, with approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days.
Billing Errors
Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors receive refunds.
