How much does Amble cost?
Amble prices its compounded GLP-1 injection plans by plan length rather than by drug or dose. Its homepage says plans start at $99 a month, but the plan tables on its GLP-1 injection page start at $135. Here is what that page showed on Oct 18, 2026:

Amble's fine print says prices may change with supply or market conditions and that its same-price-per-dose promotion can end with a price update. A banner advertised "GLP $150 + NAD $100" without terms.
Amble semaglutide: its semaglutide landing page showed a 1-month supply at $179 with "$50 off first month" applied at checkout, so $129 for month one and $179 after (Oct 18, 2026). Tirzepatide sits on the same plan prices; we found no separate tirzepatide price on Amble's pages that day.
The structure is simple: no membership, and Amble says all plans include supplies, shipping and ongoing clinical monitoring, with HSA/FSA cards accepted on plans of 3 months or longer. - Among the 14 low-star reviews: support slow or unreachable in 57% (8 of 14); shipping delays, refunds refused, cancellation problems and medication arriving warm each in 29% (4 of 14), for example “My package came warm with melted ice packs.” (1★ review, Sep 18, 2026).

Semaglutide and tirzepatide have been studied in large randomized trials of the FDA-approved branded products: branded semaglutide showed about 14.9% mean weight loss in STEP-1, and branded tirzepatide up to about 22.5% in SURMOUNT-1. These results are from the branded medications evaluated in those trials; compounded formulations have not been studied in randomized trials (Amble's included), and individual results vary.
