The short version

How the best compounded GLP-1 telehealth providers compare

As of July 13, 2026, eight telehealth programs publish pricing for compounded GLP-1 medication, with entry prices for compounded semaglutide running $99 to $297 per month before memberships and fees. Several well-known brands - Hims & Hers, Ro, WeightWatchers Clinic, and Calibrate - no longer offer compounded GLP-1s at all. The ranking below scores the eight that do on all-in pricing, included support, refund terms, pharmacy transparency, and accountability, using each provider's own published pages. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro.

How this ranking was built

The rubric, in full

Each provider is scored 0-10 on seven factors, weighted as listed, and the total is the score in the table. The inputs are published facts; the output is just the math. We re-pull every provider's pricing monthly and re-run the scoring - the "as of" date above tells you when.

  • 20%
All-in pricing One bundled price covering medication and clinician care scores 10; a separate membership billed on top of the medication scores 0.
  • 18%
Included support Points for provider visits, a nutrition plan, a movement plan, and unlimited messaging verified as included.
  • 18%
Refund guarantee A published money-back guarantee scores 10; conditional refund windows score 3; all-sales-final scores 0.
  • 12%
Effective monthly cost Compounded semaglutide entry plan, billed monthly, including required fees - scored proportionally against the cheapest in the set.
  • 12%
Pharmacy transparency Points for publishing the pharmacy type (503A/503B) and naming partner pharmacies.
  • 12%
Accountability Points for named physicians publicly identified on the site, a verifiable (clickable) third-party certification link, and public batch-testing documentation. Text-only certification claims score zero for every provider, Nouri included.
  • 8%
    Dose-price predictability A published same-price-at-any-dose policy scores 10; dose-tiered or unstated pricing scores 0.

Data sources: each provider's own published pricing, FAQ, and legal pages, pulled July 13, 2026. Where a provider doesn't publish a data point, it scores conservatively and the table says so. What this page is not: there are no affiliate links, no paid placements, and no compensation from any provider listed. And the disclosure again, because it belongs here too: Nouri publishes this page and is one of the providers ranked.

Why older lists are wrong

Four big names don't sell compounded GLP-1s

Hims & Hers, Ro, WeightWatchers Clinic, and Calibrate all appear in older "best compounded GLP-1" round-ups - and none of them publish compounded GLP-1 offerings today. If a list still recommends them for compounded medication, it's stale.

  • Hims & Hers Announced March 9, 2026 (company press release) that it will no longer advertise compounded GLP-1 offerings, following its Novo Nordisk partnership; the published lineup is now brand-name only.
  • Ro Published weight-loss and pricing pages list brand-name medications only (Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic) as of July 2026, with a $149/mo membership billed on top.
  • WeightWatchers Clinic (formerly Sequence) Discontinued compounded semaglutide in May 2025; the clinic now coordinates brand-name medication, billed separately from its $74/mo membership.
  • Calibrate States on its own pages that it does not prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications; its $199/mo program routes brand-name prescriptions through insurance.

What Nouri's one price includes

Nouri's score comes from the structure of the program: one flat price with the medication when prescribed, a personalized nutrition plan, a personalized movement plan, unlimited Care Team messaging, and free 2-day delivery - the same price at any dose, with no membership fee. Compounded semaglutide runs $120/mo on the six-month plan; compounded tirzepatide $175/mo. If you're pricing the semaglutide route in detail, see compounded semaglutide without insurance.

The Nouri Promise

Begin without the bet.

If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days, you get a full refund - available on the 3-month and 6-month plans. As of July 13, 2026, none of the other seven providers in this comparison published an unconditional money-back guarantee - three publish conditional refund windows (membership fees only, a 3-day window, or only until a prescription is written); see the refund column above. Comparison questions, answered

Which compounded GLP-1 telehealth provider is cheapest?

It depends on how the price is built, not just the sticker. As of July 13, 2026, published entry prices for compounded semaglutide run from $99 to $297 per month across the ranked providers - but several bill a separate monthly membership on top ($17-$129 in this set), charge per visit, or raise the price by dose. Compare the all-in monthly number: medication plus every required fee. That all-in figure is what this comparison scores.

What is the difference between a 503A and a 503B pharmacy?

A 503A pharmacy is a state-licensed compounding pharmacy that prepares medication for one named patient after a prescription. A 503B outsourcing facility is FDA-registered and produces larger batches under cGMP standards. Both are legal channels; a telehealth program should tell you which it uses. Nouri uses state-licensed 503A pharmacies and names them.

Do these programs have hidden fees?

Watch for four add-ons: a separate monthly membership ($17-$129/mo in this set), per-visit clinician charges, dose-based price increases, and supplies billed separately. The comparison table on this page notes which apply, per each provider's published pricing as of July 13, 2026.

Is compounded GLP-1 medication safe?

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro. They can be legally prescribed for an individual patient by a licensed provider and prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy - safety depends on the legitimacy of both. Verify the pharmacy is named and state-licensed, and that a real medical evaluation precedes any prescription.

Is compounded GLP-1 medication still available in 2026?

Yes, through the individual-prescription pathway: a licensed provider prescribes for a specific patient and a state-licensed 503A pharmacy compounds it. Several large telehealth brands - Hims & Hers, Ro, WeightWatchers Clinic, and Calibrate - do not offer compounded GLP-1s today and sell brand-name programs instead, which is why older provider lists are out of date.

Does Nouri rank itself on this page?

Yes, and we say so plainly: Nouri publishes and maintains this comparison, and Nouri is one of the providers ranked. The rubric, weights, and scoring basis are published in full above, every competitor number comes from that provider's own public pages with a pull date, and there are no affiliate links or paid placements. Change the inputs and the ranking recomputes.
