How much does Eden cost?
Eden prices its compounded GLP-1 plans by drug, not by dose or plan length. Its GLP-1 page says the monthly price covers the medication, provider review, 24/7 messaging, dose and side-effect guidance and shipping, with no insurance required. Here is what that page showed on Oct 13, 2026:

Eden says the price is kept "while your Eden account stays active" and that same-price-at-every-dose may not apply during promotions. It lists Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro but showed no prices for them on the pages we read.
The pricing has changed. In June 2026 Eden advertised about $99/month for semaglutide and $199/month for tirzepatide as medication-only prices, with a required Eden Membership ($39 the first month, then $99/month) on top, about $198 and $298 a month in total. On Oct 13, 2026 its GLP-1 page says "There is no separate membership fee." Its Terms of Service, read the same day, still contain an Eden Membership section with the $39 and $99 fees and say medication costs are "separate from and in addition to the membership fee". Check the total on the checkout screen before you pay, and keep a copy.
Is Eden legit?
Eden's footer names the operator, Eden Health International Inc. Prescriptions follow an online consultation with an independent licensed provider, and Eden says it serves GLP-1 programs in all 50 states. Unlike most telehealth brands, Eden says it runs its own pharmacy: Eden Pharmacy, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, prepares medication along with partner pharmacies that Eden describes as "vetted" but doesn't list. Its Terms also let you send a prescription to a pharmacy of your choice.
With compounded GLP-1, the named pharmacy behind the prescription is what to check, so ask which pharmacy will fill yours and look it up with that state's board of pharmacy. Eden prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, the same two compounded GLP-1 medications most telehealth companies sell; the differences are price, refund terms, the pharmacy and the depth of support. Eden's Weight Loss Warranty: the fine print
Eden's GLP-1 page advertises: "Follow the plan, lose at least 15% in 6 months or get your money back." The warranty section of its Terms of Service, read the same day, is narrower:
- Threshold: the Terms refer to failing to lose 10% of your starting weight after 26 weeks; the page says 15%. Ask Eden which applies before you rely on it.
- Conditions: 26 consecutive weekly injections of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide ordered through the portal, every follow-up appointment, weekly check-ins, and a weekly post in Eden's private Facebook group. Tablet and liquid forms don't qualify.
- Proof: two videos showing your face and scale reading, one within the first 15 days and one at six months.
- Payout: limited to the membership fees for the first six months, decided at Eden's sole discretion; other fees and products aren't refunded.

Eden refund and cancellation terms
- Cancel any time: from your patient portal or account settings, before the next billing date. For the Eden Membership, the Terms ask for 48 hours' notice before renewal.
- Orders in progress: an order already sent to the pharmacy may not be cancellable.
- Refunds: the Terms say all charges are non-refundable, except the first $39 membership fee when no prescription is issued after your intake, a prorated refund if Eden can't fulfill a treatment, and the damaged or lost shipment cases in its refund policy.
- Auto-renewal: plans are subscriptions that renew until you cancel.

What the trials show, and what they don't
Semaglutide and tirzepatide have been studied in large randomized trials of the FDA-approved branded products: branded semaglutide showed about 14.9% mean weight loss in STEP-1, and branded tirzepatide up to about 22.5% in SURMOUNT-1. These results are from the branded medications evaluated in those trials; compounded formulations have not been studied in randomized trials (Eden's included), and individual results vary.
