Quick answer: Trimi Health is an online telehealth company selling compounded GLP-1 medication (semaglutide and tirzepatide), which is not FDA-approved. As of Oct 13, 2026 its published prices are $99/month for semaglutide and $119/month for tirzepatide month to month, or $89 and $109 a month on a 3-month plan paid upfront, with no membership fee and the same price at every prescribed dose. It names its pharmacy, BelieveRx, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy. Two cautions: as of Oct 13, 2026 Trustpilot shows no rating for Trimi, saying it is “unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines”, and orders are final once a prescription is issued.
- Price: semaglutide $99/month or $267 every 3 months; tirzepatide $119/month or $327 every 3 months (checked Oct 13, 2026).
- No add-on fees: Trimi says there are no separate enrollment, consultation, membership or shipping fees, and the price doesn't change with the prescribed dose.
- Pharmacy and prescribers named: BelieveRx, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy; care is provided through Arora Health.
- Narrow refunds: a full refund only before a prescription is issued, or if a clinician finds you're not a fit. A 6-month money-back promise has strict conditions.
- Review signals: as of Oct 13, 2026 Trustpilot shows no score for Trimi; of the 65 reviews listed, 55% are 1-star and 38% are 5-star.

How much does Trimi Health cost?
Trimi publishes two plans for new patients, and both auto-renew. The price covers the medication if prescribed, the provider evaluation, ongoing messaging, prescribed dose adjustments and shipping.
| Plan | Compounded semaglutide | Compounded tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $99/month | $119/month |
| 3-month, paid upfront | $267 ($89/month) | $327 ($109/month) |
| First 12 months on the 3-month plan (our arithmetic) | $1,068 | $1,308 |
Prices from trytrimi.com and its cost guide, checked Oct 13, 2026. First-year figures are our sums of four 3-month payments. Trimi lists no 6-month or annual plan for new patients. Prices change; Trimi's checkout is the final word.
Two things stand out. There's no separate membership or platform fee, and Trimi says the price is the same at every prescribed dose, so the number shouldn't climb as you titrate. The pricing has also changed: in June 2026 Trimi's $99 was an annual-prepay price with month to month at about $175; today $99 is the month-to-month price. Trimi's cost guide doesn't list a personalized nutrition plan, a movement plan or coaching among what the price includes: it is medication plus clinician messaging.
Is Trimi Health legit?
Trimi names the people and companies behind the prescription, which is the first thing to check with any compounded GLP-1 seller. Its site says care is provided through Arora Health, that compounded prescriptions are prepared by BelieveRx, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy, and that it serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Signing up starts with an online health assessment, and a clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed. The site doesn't name the legal entity that operates Trimi; the footer reads only "© 2026 Trimi".
With compounded GLP-1, trust flows from the pharmacy that fills your prescription, so you can look BelieveRx up with your state board of pharmacy before you pay. Trimi prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, the same two compounded GLP-1 medications most telehealth companies sell; the differences are the price, the refund terms, the pharmacy and the depth of support. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro.
What do Trimi Health reviews say?
Independent review signals are thin. As of Oct 13, 2026, Trimi's Trustpilot profile carries a "Warning" label and shows no TrustScore. Trustpilot's wording on the profile: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines" and "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company". The reviews that remain split as follows:
| Reviews listed | 5-star | 4-star | 3-star | 2-star | 1-star |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 65 (56 in the last 12 months) | 38% | 2% | 0% | 5% | 55% |
Trustpilot profile for trytrimi.com, read Oct 13, 2026. Reviewers' accounts, not verified facts. In June 2026 the same profile showed 3.2 out of 5 across 66 reviews.
Trimi also links to a "verified reviews" page of its own, which is not independent evidence. Earlier in 2026 Trimi's own comparison pages called it the #1 provider; we did not find that claim on its homepage or cost guide on Oct 13, 2026.
Trimi refund and cancellation terms
- Before a prescription is issued: cancel any time for a full refund.
- Not a clinical fit: if a clinician decides treatment isn't appropriate, every charge on the order is refunded.
- After a prescription is issued: the order is final, even if the medication hasn't shipped. Exceptions are damaged or undelivered packages reported within 24 hours and confirmed billing errors.
- Auto-renewal: monthly and 3-month plans renew unless you turn renewal off before the next billing date. Turning it off doesn't shorten or prorate the current term, and Trimi has to confirm the change (contact page or patient portal).
- 6-month money-back promise: you must complete six continuous months on the prescribed plan, log a starting and a six-month weight in the portal, and claim within 30 days of the six-month mark. Pausing or stopping early disqualifies you; one claim per patient.

How Trimi compares
Trimi isn't in our ranked price tables, which cover a curated set of the larger providers we've reviewed, not every company on the market. If you are weighing it, compare four things across companies: the all-in monthly price at the plan length you'd actually choose, whether a membership is billed on top, whether the price rises with the dose, and when a refund is still possible. Our GLP-1 price comparison lists published all-in prices with the date each was checked.
What the trials show, and what they don't
Semaglutide and tirzepatide have been studied in large randomized trials of the FDA-approved branded products: branded semaglutide showed about 14.9% mean weight loss in STEP-1, and branded tirzepatide up to about 22.5% in SURMOUNT-1. These results are from the branded medications evaluated in those trials; compounded formulations have not been studied in randomized trials (Trimi's included), and individual results vary.

Frequently asked questions
What does Nouri include that Trimi Health doesn't?
Nothing today. Nouri’s own telehealth program has closed: Nouri is an independent editorial site that does not prescribe, dispense or sell medication. As of June 2026, Trimi Health’s offer centered on a low headline price.
Is Trimi really the #1 provider?
Trimi's “#1” comes from its own comparison pages. Independent signals are more mixed — a comparatively small Trustpilot base rated 3.2/5 across 66 reviews as of June 2026. Judge any provider on independent reviews, not self-rankings.
Is Trimi's $99 cheaper than Nouri overall?
As of Oct 13, 2026, $99 is Trimi’s month-to-month price for compounded semaglutide ($89/month on a 3-month plan paid upfront), with no membership fee. Nouri no longer sells a plan, so there is no Nouri price to set against it; compare Trimi’s all-in cost with other licensed providers’ published prices instead.
Is Nouri's pharmacy named and licensed?
Nouri has no pharmacy: it does not prescribe or dispense medication. Whichever company you choose should name the state-licensed pharmacy that prepares its medication. With compounded GLP-1, trust flows from the pharmacy, so a provider should name it.
How fast can I start with Nouri, and where is it available?
You can’t: Nouri is not accepting patients. Its telehealth program has closed, and Nouri now publishes free calculators, cost guides and a comparison of licensed companies with their published prices. Availability by state is set by each company.
Does Nouri have a money-back guarantee?
No. Nouri sells no plans, and its former telehealth program has closed, so there is no Nouri guarantee or refund to claim. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the company you sign up with, not by Nouri. Read them before you pay, especially where a low rate requires paying several months up front.
The bottom line
Trimi Health's published prices are low, there's no membership fee, the price doesn't change with the dose, and it names its pharmacy. Weigh that against refund terms that end once a prescription is issued and the absence of a current Trustpilot score. Compare published GLP-1 prices before you commit to any plan.
