The first six months

What the care actually looks like.

  • Week one: the start.

A five-minute questionnaire, a physician review of your history — including any GLP-1 you’re already on.

  • Week two: the questions.

Queasy on a Tuesday morning is a message to your care team, not a search query — clinicians answer.

  • Month two on: the adjustments.

Dose changes are clinical conversations, not upsells — any dose, same price.

  • Month six: the keeping.

The plan for after starts on day one — around month six, the maintenance conversation.

Five patient questions — day-3 queasiness, slowing titration, what to eat, a missed dose, side effects — each stamped Answered by the Nouri Care Team.

First company that made me feel young

I’m 54 years old and this is the first company that has made me feel young. From the customer service to the product, I would give it a 10/10. I was skeptical about trying it at first, but after speaking with their team I felt so comfortable ordering with them — it was an easy process through and through.

Questions

Switching, care, and billing: common questions

I’m already on a GLP-1 with another provider. Can I switch?
Yes. Complete the questionnaire with your current medication, dose, and history, and a Nouri clinician reviews it and plans your start from where you are — not from zero. Not everyone qualifies. Nouri serves adults in all 50 U.S. states.
Is the care team real people?
Yes. Your questions go to the Nouri Care Team in direct messages, and clinical decisions are made by U.S.-licensed clinicians. Unlimited messaging is included in every plan — it’s not a FAQ page or a chatbot funnel.
How does the billing work?
One subscription, one price — no separate membership fee, no consultation fee, no dose surcharge, and you can cancel anytime. The Nouri Promise adds a 30-day full refund on the three- and six-month plans if the program isn’t right for you.
What is included in the Nouri program?
Four things at one price: compounded GLP-1 medication (when appropriate), a nutrition plan, a movement plan, and Nouri Care Team support — the same bundle detailed above. It isn’t a medication-only subscription.
What happens if side effects hit at week two?
Message your care team — your clinician can adjust your titration. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation are the most common GLP-1 side effects and usually ease as the dose is increased gradually. People with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 should not take GLP-1s.
How much does the program cost?
One bundled price — see the plans above. Nouri is cash-pay and not billed to insurance.
Are compounded GLP-1s FDA-approved?
No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy against an individual prescription, which is permitted under federal law. They are not equivalent to the FDA-approved brand-name drugs Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro.
