First company that made me feel young

I’m 54 years old and this is the first company that has made me feel young. From the customer service to the product, I would give it a 10/10. I was skeptical about trying it at first, but after speaking with their team I felt so comfortable ordering with them — it was an easy process through and through.

Starting again

If you stopped because of the price.

Some people stop GLP-1 therapy because the price changed — not because it stopped working.

The insurance way — prior authorization, denial letter, appeals, formulary re-review — compared with the Nouri way: five-minute questionnaire, clinician review, one price with medication included.
Questions

Honest pricing: common questions

Is compounded semaglutide legitimate?
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are prepared by a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy against an individual prescription from a U.S.-licensed physician, which is permitted under federal law. They are not equivalent to the FDA-approved brand-name drugs.
Will the price change on me?
No. The price you check out at is the price you are billed — any dose, same price. Nouri is cash-pay, so no formulary review or coverage decision can change your plan mid-stream.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. One price covers the medication, provider care, dose adjustments, and your nutrition and movement plans. You can cancel anytime.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds, or pay over time?
Yes — Nouri accepts HSA and FSA cards at checkout, and Klarna buy-now-pay-later is available alongside major credit and debit cards. Nouri is cash-pay and not billed to insurance.
Do I need insurance?
No. Nouri is cash-pay — there is no prior authorization, no denial letter, and no appeal.
I stopped a GLP-1 because of the price. Can I restart?
Restarting is a medical decision, not a re-order: complete the questionnaire with your history, and a Nouri clinician reviews your prior dose and plans an appropriate restart. Not everyone qualifies.
What are the side effects of compounded semaglutide?
The most common GLP-1 side effects are gastrointestinal — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain — and they usually ease as the dose is increased gradually. GLP-1s are not for everyone; people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 should not take them.
Can I cancel, and how does the Nouri Promise refund work?
You can cancel anytime. The Nouri Promise is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the program is not right for you, you receive a full refund on the three-month and six-month plans.
